Owner
Greg George brings to the table hands-on and management experience in Tower Construction. As a US Veteran and Criminal Justice graduate from Stephen F. Austin, Greg learned the coveted business qualities of leadership and strategic problem solving. After working for companies such as Nexius, Velex, Spectrum and Paragon, Greg worked his way towards a leadership position at PAC Tower Services where he directed multiple Construction Managers and their Tiger Teams all over the United States. Under the guidance of respected industry professionals, Greg became equipped to not only lead but also teach and mentor, fostering a positive and growth-focused environment for all teams at Calvary.
Lana Moore
Owner
Lana Moore, a graduate from Texas A&M and an MBA graduate from Baylor University has been in the Telecom, Software and Information Technology industries for over twenty years. Working in Senior level positions for companies such as Texas Instruments, RealPage, InterLink, and Nepris, her leadership experience of projects and development teams led multiple projects to successful completion with positive returns on investment. Lana's management experience and vast knowledge of technology in multiple industries enables her to plan and react in strategic ways that result in success.
Terry McKinney

Terry McKinney contributes more than five decades of valuable business experience to the team. Following his graduation from the University of Houston, Terry embarked on his professional journey in the insurance industry, where he dedicated 45 years of his career to American International Group (AIG). Specializing in underwriting professional liability for groups like Architecture and Engineering, Terry has gained extensive exposure to the construction industry over the years. His mentorship and guidance draw from his seasoned experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial construction.
Ed Senter
Construction Manager
Ed brings over 26 years of unparalleled experience and profound knowledge in the Telecom industry to the Calvary Team. With a distinguished track record, Ed consistently delivers projects on time and within budget, placing a strong emphasis on client satisfaction. His expertise lies in fostering client relationships, optimizing resources, and implementing innovative strategies, resulting in heightened project efficiency and profitability. Drawing from extensive experience at reputable organizations such as Shaffer, XCELL, NRG, and Paragon Facilities Corp, Ed ascended to Ownership of Paragon Tower. In this role, he successfully managed numerous crews, collaborating seamlessly with every major carrier. Ed's exceptional proficiency in Rigging and Jin Pole further augments the value of services offered by Calvary.

Eddie Pizana
Construction Manager
Beginning as a climber in the Midwest, Eddie brings over twenty years experience to Calvary. His excellent skills and solid track record in construction management bring value in areas of diverse industry equipment operations, site documentation interpretation, safety protocols, inspections and permit operations to name a few. Eddie's attention to detail when it comes to closeout standards and procedures to maintain a safe environment surpass industry standards. Being bilingual plays an integral role in communication with teams all over Texas and beyond which brings efficiencies and success to all sides of the table. Customers show great appreciation towards his effective communication skills as does Calvary.
